Question : Internal OWA

I have an OWA server which works externally but internally  the external address is  https://owa.domain/exchange
internally the the url is http://owaweb/exchange  but I get the follwowing error
HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Has anyone seen this before
