Question : Windows 98 boots slowly on FIC PA-2013 MB

Hello.  I recently installed windows 98 on a brand new FIC PA-2013 MB. Here are the hardware specs

1. FIC PA-2013 Rev2.0 Latest Bios and all patches applied
2. AMD k6-3 400mhz
3. 192MB of RAM on 3 64MB SDRAM Chips (PC100)
4. 16MB ATI Rage 128 AGP Vid Card
5. IDE Drives, Yamaha sound, etc.

Answer : Windows 98 boots slowly on FIC PA-2013 MB
