Question : How to isntall the ODBC DSN for Symantec Endpoint

I've heard that Endpoint is suppose to be easier.  I've already gone through two installs and client uninstalls/re-installs, and it is quite the task.  I am reveiving the "unable to connect with the reporting component" error and I've gone through and for the life of me cannot figure out how to isntall the OBDC driver for the Report component.  Any ideas?  If I have to do another server (re)re-install, any suggestions on how to get the clients back into the application without having to unintall the clients and then push them back out?
