Question : Thunderbird Bcc all sent Emails
|
|
Hi, I'm running Thunderbird 1.0.2 on several different PCs used in different departments of our company. I need to monitor traffic and messages coming from those email addresses. Each PC has it's own seperate internet connection. Is there anyway I can get Thunderbird to automatically BCC to me all messages sent from those PCs ? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might go about doing this otherwise? Any tips would be appreciated, Thanks,

That's right. Free software, most of the time, have restrictions on usage and licensing.
If I were the admin in the firm, I would advise the owners of the firm to have a very strong network, protected with a hardware firewall. I guess its worth the money for a firm involved in such a business to do so, given the kind of need of confidentiality they have.
I recommend putting in money on a software called MDaemon (www.altn.com) which will support everything that is required here and the licensing cost isn't a lot.
