Question : Outlook '07 ~ 'the set of folders cannot be opened' & now won't uninstall
|
|
I use a network folder for my .pst file. |||||Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file \\Jtr011wxp\Data-John Doe\Outlook\Outlook.pst||||| I had Office 2007 up and running for about 1 month with this error only starting just about 2 days ago. I get this error with outlook in regular mode or it's own 'safe mode' using CTRL key when starting program. When I try to remove the program in hopes that reinstalling would fix issue I get this error: ||||||Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run setup again from the original source.|||||| It seems I cannot run the program or uninstall it. I found Microsoft's 'Windows Installer Cleanup.' But when I install it I have no idea where it installs to or how to use it. Can't find an .exe file?
