Question : Exchange Problems

About a week ago our internet antenna took a hit from a lightning bolt...  it fried both NIC's (one to the Lan and the other to the "subscriber" (the box that leads to the antenna) in addition to the switch.)  I replaced the NICs, the Switch and the subscriber... but since then we have not been able to send e-mail.

The error message I get is:

Message delivery to the remote domain 'yahoo.com' failed for the following reason: Unable to successfully connect to the remote server.

The server is running SBS 2000 with Exchange 2000 installed.  Besides that the "Exchange IMAP4", "Exchange POP3" and "Exchange Routing Engine" services don't come up anymore and give me the error:

The Microsoft Exchange Routing Engine service failed to start due to the following error:
The executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service.

The Microsoft Exchange POP3 service failed to start due to the following error:
The executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service.

The Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 service failed to start due to the following error:
The executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service.

In an attempt to get things moving I reinstalled IIS and installed SP 3 for Exchange 2000.
