Question : Cannot see devices in MobileAdmin

When I access the MobileAdmin application to perform a remote wipe of a device.  I get the following message, Failed to access user's Mailbox, verify that the mailbox and user account are enabled and functional. "  I have followed the steps in KB916960.  I am accessing the application via the administrator account.  

Any ideas?

It sounds like you have SSL enabled on your ExAdmin virtual directory.  That needs to be disabled.
