Question : Unrestricted File Copy Utility

I go crazy when I have to copy a large folder and then suddenly half way through the process I get an error message saying the filename is too long or the file is in memory, etc. and then it halts the entire copy process. Is there a file copy utility that will allow me to copy every file without restriction?
