Question : Why does the RemoteAccess service keep stopping?

I am running SBS2003 and trying to get dialup remote access to work. The service starts and I can dial in a few times and then all of a sudden I cannot dial in and the modem does not answer. I have an email from the Administrator saying that "RemoteAccess service is stop pending" and to check the event logs for further information. I have checked the event logs and found that the service is sent a stop command, enters the stopped state then is sent a start command and enters the start state. After this occurs then the modem does not answer unless I reconfigure remote access and then the same loop starts again!

Is there any reason for this and is there any work around?

there must be something in the event log....can you copy what the event log says to this board?
