Question : Metafile Logo indicates file attachment in XP Pro Outlook 2003.

Running  XP Pro and in Outlook 2003 a company sends us an e-mail that shows up with paperclip indicating a file attachment.  When you open the e-mail and delete the Metafile company logo the file attachment indicator disappears.  I have tried different formats HTML,  Plain Text ,  RTF and still no satisfaction.  Also did a detect and repair,  rebooted and same problem it only happens on one PC.

What happens if you open the email as html, right click the body of the email and select view source, any indication it's trying to look at the attached logo directly rather than embedded in the page, when embedded it should show something like cid:109193212@16072007-0880 or something to that effect.
