Question : What is "getukcrt.exe"?
"getukcrt.exe" is a process running on one of the XP Pro SP2 workstations under our control. Never seen it before on any machine in ten years doing IT. Neither Google nor Yahoo searches return even a single result for it. You can see its location and attributes in the attached .jpg. I confess I haven't run any malware scans on it before asking here, but the latest version of Trend's real-time monitor apparently doesn't have any issues with it. I might guess from its name that it has something to do with a certificate, but even if so that doesn't tell me anything useful. My kingdom, or at least some EE points, if anyone can say exactly what that is.
Answer : What is "getukcrt.exe"?
Right click on the file(s) and go to properties.
See what it tells you in the summary or other tabs.
Good Luck
I hate them no-one-knows files. They are annoying.
