Question : Should I defrag our corporate servers??

I just started at a company as a Network Admin.  I'm managing about 15 servers.  I noticed that they have never been defragged.  

My predicessor and boss told me that he doesn't believe in defragging servers.  He knows his stuff, but I don't seem to agree with him.  He thinks its not a big deal.

Any comments????
