Question : Alternative rich text editor

hi experts

we're looking for an alternative rich text editor for our share point site. the main reason is to allow users to add news for example and upload an image at the sametime - currently they have to upload images to a picture library and copy the url, then add news and enter the image url.

we've looked at the rad editor from telerik however, we cant get it working. all their online documentation referes to different file to the ones available to download from their site. also, they dont seen to want to help us in our trial and win a sale! support response  times are reaching 72 hours!!!
