Question : Looking for a utility that will monitor mailbox access and notify whenever it is accessed

I got a call from a company today that the owner thinks his Exchange Admin is going into his mailbox and reading his e-mails.  Does anyone know of a utility to monitor who accesses a mailbox and would notify you when someone does.  Maybe give some information on who or where(What pc etc) i know you can do it with windows event logs but the owner would like something that would send him a e-mail whenever anyone goes into his mailbox.

You can increase logging to show who logs in to mailboxes when they are not the default.
