Question : New Exchange Load

I am getting exchange errors in the event log.  This is my first time trying to run Exchange on the network.  Here are some of the errors I am getting.  I have read the Microsoft Docs, but I have not found anything very helpful yet.  I would appreciate some help on solving this problem.
