Question : how to delete existing printer, delete drivers and reinstall it

hello epxerts

i have added a printer last week, it worked ok but now it has started giving me a problem,

its stopping it whilst printing, i mean, if i send 10 copies to print its only doing 5 and then hanging up...

do you think unistalling a driver and adding the printer would solve this problem? or is there something else i would have to do?

the printer i am using is konica minolta pagepro 5650en.

please can you also advise what driver should i install postscript or pcl? where can i find one?

Answer : how to delete existing printer, delete drivers and reinstall it

Go to printers and right click on the printer and select Delete.  Download the drivers from the link below.  Extract the files to a location you'll remeber and reboot the system.  When the found new hard wizard appears and ask for drives point it to the downloaded director.  Use PCL drivers.
