I'm trying to change the hosts file and even with administrator privilages can't find the right file and don' have the privilage o save - how do I do that?

No, there's ONLY right location is %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.
You hiddens file unchecked but to see "Hide Protected Operating System Files" unchecked too.
Then use Windows Explorer to go to %windir%\system32\driver\, now you will see etc folder and hosts file inside it.
