Question : Backup order of Exchange 2007

Hi,
I am using Symantec Backup Exec 11d to backup my Exchange Server 2007, is there a particular order it has to be backup by, also my mailbox database is over 65gb I have selected on the backup job to backup the full server but it only seems to back up 4gb of data and says the job was sucessful, but how can this be?

Don't worry about the job engine. Only do the Remote Agent.
