Can anyone give me some feedback on the Traffic Blazer add on from Go Daddy? Is it worth the $30/year?

No, it's not.  Google recommends against using that sort of automated submission software and for good reason.  You are better off without using something like that even if it's free.  Paying for it is a bad idea.
