Question : Can You recommend a good drive image backup software?

Hi, I need to find a good drive image backup / restore utility.

Can You recommend such? It would be nice with a cheap & easy to use one.. :)
Also it should work on a production Win 2003 web server with MySQL community server.

I will give You each some points, but I will use the Drive Snapshot as it seems to do the job :)

The company also claims that they actually invented the drive image functionallyty, so they must have some experience :)
