Question : Why did my site drop from number two on google to nowhere to be found?

HI, I'm going to need some specific help with this one. Yesterday this is what I saw for my website when I searched on the term home bistro. (attached jpg) My site is home bistro customers dot com.

A little background- home bistro went out of business, and we're trying to pick up their customers. This website links back to our parent site. Later in the day yesterday, when I did a search again, we were on page seven. Now we're even lower. We're obviously doing something to irritate google, can anyone tell us what it is? (We've disappeared in the other search engines as well). Thanks.

Google will temporarily give many sites a big boost and rank them well for a while.  There is more about it here at seo chat (and they talk about H1/H2)

While H tags aren't as important as they used to be, they are still important and definitely should be done.
