Question : Seeking simple instructions on how to set up a Skype conference call

The attendees may or may not already have a Skype account.  So I assume the first step is to request that they set up an account with Skype.  What next?  Do I find out their user names and set up a group???

If you highlite up to vive contacts ---> you can call the group
