Question : revert to the saved <document.doc>

MS Word 97
I have multiple users who for some reason receive the message "Would you like to revert to the saved " when opening a document which has never been opened at the PC before.  All settings under Tools/Option are same throughout site (only 2 users experiencing problem).  Why might the system be thinking that there is all ready a copy of this file open?

Answer : revert to the saved <document.doc>
