Question : Replication Offline address book to another Exchange 2003 server

HI,
I need to replicatre the offline address book from server1 to server2, but within ESM when trying to access properties i receive the following error:

Facility: win32
ID No: c00706ba
exchange system manager

Please let me know if anyone can shed some light?

are both servers in the same domain? or is one in a child domain?

are you logged in as the enterprise admin?
