Question : Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

I would like to know some possible fixes for this error that is popping.

The server is set up with a web print application that utilizes adobe acrobat heavily. I have done some searching and havn't found a link to the netapi32.dll and the product, but it may be in there. If you know of any other items that may be touching this and causing this error I will gladly hunt it down. Thank you for your time.

Try a virus scan from http://housecall.antivirus.com. After some checking, I've found a few references to a new variant of the w32\sbotworm virus in mid-October.

If that doesn't find anything, let us know and we can dive deeper into it.
