Question : Standby mode and Remote Desktop

After I go back to office, I still can link the pc at site by remote desktop, but after a while, I tried again then cannot link.

I heard vista has some new standby mode. Also any other Power or Network setting?

 If vista goes into sleep mode you will not be able to connect with remote desktop
