Question : How to send email reminder to ask the users to change passwords?

My network has a policy to ask the users to change their windows passwords every 45 days. However, people tend to forget. Is there a way I can set in group policy to remind the users to change their passwords 5 days before the password expires? Email or pop up message box will do.
