Question : Can't get integrated authentication to work in Exchange FE/BE deployment

Hi Experts,
I have deployed 3 Exchange 2003 servers on our LAN - 2 x BE, 1 x FE. I have setup OWA in all instances to use integrated authentication. Browsing to the Exchange folder on either BE server gives you the desired result - OWA without any authentication dialog boxes. Browsing to OWA on the FE server pops up an authentication dialog box - regardless of whether the domain credentials are correct or not, you get 3 tries before a HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized error. No errors logged in the event log on the FE or corresponding BE server with the users mailbox.
Any help with this is much appreciated.

hey,

U need to make sure that the exchange and windows are uptodate with patches and fixes. This should take care of most irregularities on your server.

Also, when prompted for username and password, please use this format for username
internal domain name\username
