Question : Shared calendar not Synching

I have two users on an SBS2003 Server using Exchange. User 1 is sharing calendar by allowing User 2 to access. However, it's either not synching, or very slow to update.

I'm was also gettting an error, Event ID 1173, before I reran the CEICW, and will check again to see if it stopped.

Are both users Outlook Profiles configured to use Cached Exchange Mode and not using .pst files for mailbox storage?
