Question : Restarting the IIS service in Exchange 2003

Stupid question but I have to ask. I'm testing our new Exchange 2003 server with a PDA and ActiveSync. ActiveSync modifications in Exchange IIS service requires that I restart the IIS services. My question is since IIS will not restart the STORE or System Attendant, can I go ahead and restart IIS during normal business hours?

The only way that I know of is to enable web logging and then look at the logs.
