Question : Outlook Cache Mode error

We have a user that when her outlook profile is set to non-cache mode, she can send and receive emails. Once we turn on cache mode, her inbox stops updating and new emails are not appearing but she can still send emails. We clicked on the send/received button and get an exchange server out of memory error. We also have webmail and when she signs on it and everything works fine. No one else is having this problem.
