Question : Exchange 2003 and Backup Exec 10 acces denied Top information store
|
|
HI
I have a SBS Server 2003 SP1 and I get error messages from Backupexec 10. It gets more and more. I spoken to Veritas and they recommnded to unmark in the selection list. With 45 mailboxes and its still growing its not the solution. Is there any cleanup program? It looks as it mostly spam and delted item.
What to do. My log files is nearly 20 pages every night.

Answer : Exchange 2003 and Backup Exec 10 acces denied Top information store

That is one of the major drawbacks with doing a mailbox level backup. The only solution is to remove those messages or stop doing mailbox level backups.
Are you doing an information store backup as well?
Simon.
