Question : The MAPI call failed. MAPI or an unspecified service provider.

Morning all,

Scheduled to move 2 mailboxes 20:00 last night. However, both failed.
I've checked this knowledge base artical http://support.microsoft.com/kb/264119

However I'm not sure how to locate these messages.
Please advise.

Right Clikc on the Users you want to move and select Exchange Task
then Select Move Mailbox --> Select the database you want to move these users to--> insted of select create a report set it to the option below Skip Corrupted Item
