Question : How to keep email on another host.

      Our Company now using MS Exhchange server, but our ISP is not good, sometimes we can't connect the internet, so that means all email send to use were lost.
       I want to buy another hosting service with email support, all email when send to use will be send to that host, after that, those email will be send to our exchange server.
       Is it posible or not?

What you want is possible, but if your internet connection goes down you don't lose all incoming mail.  All good mailservers will try and send the message again for 2 days if it can't deliver the message.

Anyway, if you still want to do this, I'd recommend the mail reflector service available from http://www.dnydns.org
