Question : Oulook 2003 failing to start (out of memory error)

One of my network users cannot access his email on Outlook 2003, when he starts up Outlook (regardless of what computer it is on) he gets a message saying:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. Out of system memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again"

We are using Windows 2003 server with Exchange for mail.

No one else has this problem when using the same computers.

Thanks

Answer : Oulook 2003 failing to start (out of memory error)

Starting with outlook closed
 Go to Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe

If it opens as it should, then close any additional personal folders psts or Archive psts that may be open in the user profile.

If Cached Exchange Mode is being used, turn it off for now.

Close and Re-Open Outlook normally.

Does it open properly?
