How to configure auto-reply using out of office assistant in outlook 2003 for a email group using exchange 2007?
 There are 4 users in a email group, each of them needs to send auto-reply to specific vendor emails. I configured them using rules & its working fine.
 They want to reply out of office hours also. I tried to configure it using out of office assistant. Its working fine also. but in subject it is showing out of office reply. This shouldn't happen. It should reply as normal email. Can anyone verify my steps & help me out in this issue.

Hi,
    It can be done by specifying the user defined message in the subject field of the template saved in out of office assistant.  I tried it & its working fine.
