Question : Unable to open default email folders.  Outlook 2003 install after MS office 2007 trial removal

read through the EE and still having problems.  
base set up: new sony vaio vgn-z520N, vista home premium
came with MS Office 2007
-loaded Outlook 2003 and Office 2002.  Office 2002 runs fine (didnt install Outlook from that pack)
-followed several items from this blog (removed mapisvc.inf - )
-removed outlook 2003 several times, fixed several times.

still having same error message.

hey.. thanks for the response;  for some reason, i went through the basic database reference to the OAB and open and launched again.. voila .. it referred to the address book in the search and all is well..

btw, i had OL 2003 installed.. used it for .. 6 years without this issue on numerous installs.. sort of weird, but happy it works
