Question : Exchange services won't start

This exchange server was installed last weekend and there was a power outage last night.

After rebooting the server, Exchange services won't start.

I check in the event veiwer and I got this error.

Unexpected error No site name is available for this machine. Facility: Win32 ID no: c007077f Microsoft Exchange System Attendant  occurred.

Process MAD.EXE (PID=1212). Topology Discovery failed, error 0x8007077f.

Process INETINFO.EXE (PID=1584). Topology Discovery failed, error 0x8007077f.

Attempt to determine whether user and machine accounts are in the same forest failed (The interface is unknown. ).

Answer : Exchange services won't start

I resolved the problem.

Exchange database was corrupted and I restored it from the backup.
Then I was able to start all Exchange services.
