Question : Outlook no longer remembers Active Directory credentials
Hi experts.
I have a scenario here that is stumping me. I have an Exchange 2007 server with Outlook 2003 and 2007 clients. When connecting to Outlook, the credentials from AD have always made sure that the login to the Exchange server via Outlook has happened seemlessly. However, during the middle of the day one day, all users across the domain have been receiving popups asking for credentials to the Exchange server. Once inputted, the dialog box goes away until a random amount of time later, and then it pops up again. Once credentials are inserted, all is well, until the next time, and next time, and.......etc.
I want to stress that this has never been the case before. We have always been able to simply use Outlook without having to input our credentials to do so. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can start with troubleshooting this issue?
I have searched Google, and I have also tried various solutions, but none have worked. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks all in advance.
Answer : Outlook no longer remembers Active Directory credentials
Thanks for the suggestions, but none of these suggestions worked. I finally have gotten it to work by deleting and recreating the owa virtual directory in ISS.
Thanks all.
