Question : "Error loading OS" using Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 2.0.1 - Only on new dell systems?

I am very new to imaging, and I am facing some issues regarding CD booting.

I have some new dell machines, and when i try to boot from CD they are giving me the error:

" 1. HD System-Type-(00)
Error loading OS"

I have even tried downloading the new version as a trial to see if it would work, but it gives me the same error on all of the machines.  After doing some research i found symantec mentioned its something to do with the boot design for the newer dell systems, they said it would be fixed in upcoming liveupdate.

Does anyone have any ideas for a workaround? as this isnt even working on the new version with full updates.  I have no idea what to do next.

try using UBCD4win.com to create a BARTPE type environemnt, and then ghost32.exe should work.
