Q. Do I need a Meta Tag to show the location of the webs sitemap.xml?
I have a Google account and uploaded my sitemap, however I'm seen other web developers actually place a Meta Tag in the Head...

Hi kvnsdr,
no, you don't need to add meta data... You just need to tell Google where to find the sitemap (through the Webmaster Tools interface)...
