Question : Install DBI and DBD on a Windows NT machine

Hi,

I am trying to install the DBI and DBD modules ona Windows NT machine running Perl5.

I am unable to install the same.
I got the modules from
www.cpan.org/modules.

I downloaded the DBI-1.14.tar.gz and DBD-ODBC-0.28.tar.gz.

Tried unzipping the same using winzip and gunzipped and untarred on a UNIX machine too.

Whatever I do it doent work.
Also the Makefiles in the DBI and DBD do not point to pel. I mean #! /usr/local/bin/perl

Please can some one give me detailed instructions step wise on how to insall the same. I am unintalling perl from my machine too.
