Question : Clicking on an ICA file as a regular user does nothing
Hi guys, for some reason, in my Citrix XenApp 4.5 Farm when I click on a ICA file as a normal user nothing happens. However, if I log in as an Admin it works. When launching as a user I get no errors or anything, just nothing happens. The connection manager shows up on the bottom right hand corner and when I open it it just closes. I tried launching an ICA file from a web interface as well as from the program neighborhood, same issue both times. Any ideas since this is really killing me? Thanks!
EDIT: Just want to mention that I am testing this in on a win2003 Server running XenApp 4.5. I have a farm of 8 Servers under 1 OU and I am testing by logging into a Server named MF12, trying to open a application located on a Server aamed xenapp1/2
Answer : Clicking on an ICA file as a regular user does nothing
In case anyone else has this problem, deleting the ICA Client reg key on that user and allowing it to re-create it worked. Turns out my default user profile had messed up settings
