Question : entering email address twice in a script to 'validate' it

I'm looking for a script that requires the user to enter their email address twice.

If the second entry doesn't match the first, then a page should say so ... eg., 'your email addresses don't match - please go back and re-enter your email address', etc.

Also, I need the script to validate all text fields, textareas, and drop-down lists.
