Question : Change SQL 2005 Collation
Hello,
I'm trying to change my SQL 2005 SP2 collation (Cluster installed)
using this command
start /wait setup.exe /qb VS=SQLV01 INSTANCENAME=MSSQLSERVER REINSTALL=SQL_Engine REBUILDDATABASE=1 SAPWD="MyPass" SQLCOLLATION=Latin1_Genera
l_CI_AI ADMINPASSWORD="MyPass" SQLACCOUNT=domain\administ
rator SQLPASSWORD="MyPass" AGTACCOUNT=domain\administ
rator AGTPASSWORD=""yPass" SKUUPGRADE=1
1. I add to my password " since my password include & and look like the command brack with &
2. Whan I run the command look like no component selected to be upgarde and nothing happen
No error in the summary lof file, actually the log is create and nothing in side so look like the installation process to change the collation not starting
First I ran with /qn but with /qb I can see the installation process.
Any idea ?
