Question : Loss a non-critical datafile but db is down!!!!

A data file was deleted!
Got the error ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file
and the db came down.
DB is in NOARCHIVELOG mode.
I cannot recover ths datafile, but the tablespace it belongs to is not critical.
How can I remove this tablespace so I can restart the database?
