Question : Photoshop CS3 vs Photoshop Elements

Hello
Could someone tell me the difference between photoshop cs3 & photoshop elements.

I am a photographer and people have starting coming ito me to retouch and print old photos of friends and family.

I have never used photoshop elements.before but it looks ideal for me. Take a look at the following before and after images of old photos retouched in photoshop elements (longest url ever!!!!)

Can photoshop cs3 achieve this or is photoshop elements a better choice for me???

It probably has several wizard-based options to remove red-eye, adjust color, etc.  Whether it does as good of a job as CS3 could do in the same amount of time is probably open to debate.
