Question : Error while archiving folder...

One of our users received this message from her archives this morning.

Error while archiving folder "Calendar" in store "USERNAME". Path does not exist. Make sure the path is correct.

Error while archiving folder "Journal" in store "USERNAME". File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file U:\USERNAME\Outlook\archive.pst.

Error while archiving folder "Tasks" in store "USERNAME". File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file U:\USERNAME\Outlook\archive.pst.

Answer : Error while archiving folder...

Check to make sure tehre aren't two Outlook processes running.  

Also check who the owner of the file is.  It has to be either the user, or the administrators group and the user has to have permissions.
