Question : Outlook email disappearing

I'm running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 SP3 on the client machines. I've got a couple users whose email is disappearing. It shows up in the inbox for a few seconds...sometimes longer (maybe 20 seconds), but then disappears right before my eyes. I'm not running cached mode, there are no custom views, no rules, nothing to explain it. Any ideas?

Answer : Outlook email disappearing

I figured it out...his profile on the terminal server was pulling mail from his local profile. I deleted and recreated the one on the terminal server.
