Question : How do I remove and reinstall WSUS on a different server?

Hi All,
My client currently has WSUS installed on a Windows 2003 server. They would like me to install it on a different server because they are going to use the server that WSUS is currently on for something else. Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to do this? Will all of the clients currently registered to pull updates from that server have to be registered again or is there a way to copy the database over to the new server? Please advise.
